Slimmed-Down Buffalo Chicken Wraps
This is less of a recipe and more of an assembly of thoughtfully chosen, store bought ingredients. And we will not apologize for that. This is one of those simple, healthy recipes that you can whip up in no time. We use Trader Joe’s Breaded Chicken Tenderloin Breasts and always have them stored in our freezer.
Be sure to slice the carrots and celery thin so they can fit nicely in your whole wheat wrap. Warm up the wrap in the oven or microwave before attempting to wrap. Heating the wrap slightly will help the wrap from breaking or splitting.
For the blue cheese dressing, we used Bolthouse Farms – Chunky Blue Cheese Yogurt Dressing. With 35 calories per serving, we are stunned how delicious this dressing tastes.
