is a registered dietitian nutritionist who loves talking, writing, and sharing delicious and healthy foods with anyone willing to listen, read, eat, or watch. She believes that food should be celebrated, not villainized and that a healthy diet can be made up of many foods, so long as we keep moderation in mind. She earned her bachelor’s of science in nutrition and dietetics at West Chester University and completed her dietetic internship at Pennsylvania State University. She worked as a retail dietitian at ShopRite Supermarkets where she fell in love with the business of food and nutrition. She now works full time at the Campbell Soup Company as a nutrition communications analyst where she eats lots of delicious (and sometimes free) soup. When she is not working, cooking, or preparing content for The Zesty One, you can find her wandering around the aisles of the nearest grocery store, running, or practicing yoga. Depending on the night of the week, she might also be enjoying a heavy pour of red wine.
is the ‘IT’ guy. With nearly 10 years of video experience, behind the camera is where you will typically find Joe. He currently works for West Chester University as an Information Technology Generalist I. Yeah what the heck is that? He basically is the lead tech for anything that involves video for the University, running a production studio, supporting the editing lab and supervising student workers. When he is not behind the camera or hunched over his keyboard editing, you’ll be able to find him on the golf course or the ski slopes. In terms of food, Joe’s close family and friends have really influenced him in food education and in the kitchen cooking.
