Ingredients
  1. 1 cup chickpeas
  2. 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  3. 2 Tbsp EVOO
  4. 1.5 Tbs fresh parsley
  5. ½ tsp fresh rosemary
Instructions
  1. Combine ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth. Season with salt and pepper until smoother. Enjoy on crackers, toast, or in place of mayo on a sandwich or wrap.
