Never. Ever. Throw away stale tortillas again. These baked tortilla chips are simple, healthy, AND delicious. They are also easy to personalize. Make them sweet with cinnamon and sugar and enjoy with a yogurt dip or kick up the spice by sprinkling with cayenne pepper and serving with your favorite guac.

If you want to make yours a little “slimmer”, simply spray tortillas with a nonstick cooking spray or olive oil. You’ll cut calories by spreading fat in a thinner layer.

We tried to enjoy these chips with our yogurt taco dip, but admittedly, ate most of them plain before we had the chance. Yogurt taco dip coming soon so stay tuned!
